EVENT - FAQ

IS THE EVENT ALL AGES? +

Yes. However the same rules at a licenced venue/club/pub apply to these events.

If you are a parent wanting to bring a child both the child and the adult MUST have a valid ticket each and the adult MUST accompany the child at all times while at the concert.

If you are under 18 years of age you MUST be accompanied by a legal adult guardian.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL? +

No.

These events are strictly NO BYO. There is a licenced bar at the venue where beer, wine and champagne will be available for purchase.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AT THE VENUE? +

No.

However you are more than welcome to BYO snacks and nibblies.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE? +

Yes.

There is plenty of car parking space at the venue.

COVID-19 - FAQ

The Hills Are Alive Group are committed to providing a Covid-Safe venue and performance space. We have a COVID-Safe plan for the venue that will be enacted during the set-up, operation and pack-down of the venue ensuring best COVID-Safe practices and requirements are adhered to at the time of the event. Below are clear dot points of the actions being taken to ensure the health and safety of our guests, artists and workers. Following on from the dot points are questions and answers that will provide you with further information on what to expect when attending the shows.

  • Hand sanitiser will be mandatory upon entry - this will be provided at the door.

  • Your personal details (Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number, Post Code) on your ticket MUST be correct and will be checked and confirmed by staff on the night. This will allow Track-&-Tracing and notification should we become aware of a suspected COVID case.

  • Wearing of masks will be as directed by the Victorian Government at the time of the show.

  • Seating will be arranged to ensure social distancing is maintained in-line with the current Victorian Government requirements at the time of the show.

  • Seperate entry and exits will be provided between the ‘early’ and ‘late’ shows to ensure there is no cross over of the two different audiences.

  • All payments will be made using contactless payement.
