TICKET - FAQ
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET? +
Your ticket provides one adult/child entry to either the 'early' or 'late' show depending on which show you purchased. A valid Ticket MUST be presented either digitally on a mobile phone or printed to enter.
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR? +
Tickets are strictly limited and we anticipate them to sell out so get in quick!
DOES MY NAME HAVE TO BE ON MY TICKET? +
Yes.
All The Hills Are Alive Group events require correct personal details to be on the tickets for us to avoid ticket fraud and to run a safe event by knowing exactly who we have at the event and to meet all COVID safe guidelines should there be a need for track-and-tracing.
I PAID FOR A TICKET BUT CAN'T FIND MY CONFIRMATION - WHAT DO I DO? +
You may not have entered the correct email address when purchasing your ticket. Please contact MOSHTIX customer service via HTTP://TIXSUPPORT.MOSHTIX.COM.AU
I DON'T WANT TO GO ANYMORE, CAN I GET A REFUND? +
Under the terms and conditions of sale we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or circumstance. If you wish to sell your ticket you must use the official MOSHTIX resale platform. This platform will become avalible once the event has sold out. A small administration fee will be charged to facilitate the secure resale of the ticket.
HOW DO I SELL MY TICKET IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND? +
If you wish to sell your ticket (or buy a ticket once the event has sold out) you must only use the official MOSHTIX resale platform. This platform will become available once the event has sold out. A small administration fee will be charged to facilitate the secure resale of the ticket.
*PLEASE NOTE: Tickets purchased through second-hand websites (such as Viagogo and Ticketmaster Resale) will NOT be valid and you will not be admitted entry.
The only way to guarantee a resale ticket is valid is to purchase it through MOSTIX resale platform, made available once the event has sold out.

I WANT TO BUY A SECOND HAND TICKET? +
If the event has completely sold out, you can sign up to the ticket re-sale waitlist and you will be notified when a ticket becomes avalible. This is the only way to purchase second-hand tickets.
